Here to Help

Hello
I believe that reaching out for support is a courageous and meaningful step. I understand that this can bring up many emotions, and my goal is to offer a compassionate space where you can feel safe and understood. I aim to help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself, heal self-doubt, and reconnect with a sense of hope and direction. As a mother of a child with autism, I also understand, in a personal way, the joys, challenges, and emotional layers that can come with caregiving. This lived experience helps me hold space with empathy and care for the diverse ways individuals and families navigate life.
I provide compassionate mental health support alongside academic advising. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and grounded in helping clients build resilience, clarity, and meaningful personal growth.

I am especially mindful of how family dynamics, past experiences, and cultural context influence emotional well-being and the ways we relate to ourselves and others. I value staying grounded, present, and authentic in my practice. I strive to create a safe, welcoming, and non‑judgmental environment where you can move at your own pace.
