Rates

Individual Counselling (50 mins): $150

Career Counselling (30mins): $75

 

*Registered Clinical Counsellors hold a master's degree, specialized training, and are covered by most extended health plans.

Direct Billing  

  • We offer direct billing with many extended health insurance providers including Pacific Blue Cross, Canada Life, Johnston Group, and many others. Feel free to contact us first!

  • If your insurer does not provide direct billing for counselling, we’re happy to provide a receipt in order for you to submit directly to them.

Cancellation 

Please note, the following cancellation / missed appointment policy is in effect:

  • A full 48 hours notice is required for cancelling appointments. Please do so via your profile in the Jane app or through Jane’s mobile app for clients. Online cancellations can only be made with 24+ hours notice. You may also email Edmund or Wendy directly

  • If you cancel with less than 24 hours before your appointment time, you will be billed for 50% of the cost of your appointment, that is: $87.50 for a 50-minute session
