We are a team of counsellors that acknowledges each person is unique and a product of our family's cultural upbringings. Our goal is to help you reflect on your journey so far and the barriers you've faced in order to move forward and build a life worth living.
We also acknowledge that we are physically located on the ancestral and unceded homelands of the xÊ·mÉ™θkÊ·É™yÌ“É™m (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), sÉ™lilwÉ™taɬ (Tsleil-Waututh), and kÊ·ikʷəƛ̓əm (Kwikwetlem) Nations, who have been stewards of the land since time immemorial.

Individual Counselling (Online)
We provide 1-on-1 virtual counselling sessions for ages 13 and older. Each sessions is about 50 minutes and clients can schedule appointments using our online booking system

Our rates are based on the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC) recommended rates

Couples Counselling (Online)
We are now offering online couples counselling! Couples counselling is a chance to strengthen the bond between two different individuals. Each relationship dynamic is unique and we will make the effort to work on forming a stronger connection

Career and Academic Advising (Online)
Navigating school and life after school is tough and a source of major anxiety for many of us.

Both of us have extensive experience in helping people map out a long term plan to reach their career and/or academic goals. We are happy to assist you or your child in planning for both short-term and long-term goals
